The Bereavement Help Point is a friendly, local drop-in service that aims to provide bereaved people with a place where they can access information and support and where they can talk to like - minded people and share their emotions.

No one should ever have to grieve alone.
Sharing grief doesn't make it go away, but it can help you to find a way to live along side your grief and keep the good memories of the person you have lost alive.
For more information about the Bereavement Help Point, please contact Tina Parkinson, Volunteer Engagement Lead at Sue Ryder, Thorpe Hall Hospice, 01733 225900, email. tinaparkinson@sueryder.org.
The Bereavement Help Point is a safe place to access bereavement support, for any type of loss, for people over 18 years of age. It is not a counselling service. We can provide other contacts to help you further. 'The Bereavement Help Point' is a collaborative project between LOROS, Thorpe Hall- Sue Ryder, Dove Cottage and Dying Matters In Rutland.
